TMari’s Travel Terms & Conditions

Travel Specialist: Wanda James
Company: TMari’s Travel

1. Role of TMari’s Travel
TMari’s Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). TMari’s Travel does not own, operate, or control any of these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions.

2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (names as shown on passports, dates of birth, travel preferences, payment information, etc.). TMari’s Travel is not liable for costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Payments & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise by the supplier.

Final payment deadlines are determined by the supplier. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds already paid.

TMari’s Travel is not responsible for any increase in rates due to late payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier. TMari’s Travel does not guarantee refunds.

Service fees charged by TMari’s Travel are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Changes & Revisions
Any changes (dates, names, destinations, upgrades, etc.) are subject to supplier rules, availability, and change fees. TMari’s Travel may charge an additional administrative fee for processing such changes.

6. Travel Insurance
TMari’s Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or travel delays. Declining insurance means the client accepts full responsibility for all associated risks and losses.

7. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documents.

TMari’s Travel is not liable for denial of entry, fines, delays, or additional costs due to non-compliance with government regulations.

8. Supplier Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier. In some cases, suppliers may impose additional fees, such as resort charges, destination taxes, or other in-destination costs. TMari’s Travel will make every effort to notify clients of such charges when disclosed by the supplier; however, it remains the client’s sole responsibility to carefully review the supplier’s terms and conditions to confirm whether any additional fees may apply.

9. Travel Risks
Travel may involve risks such as illness, injury, political instability, or natural disasters. TMari’s Travel is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses caused by circumstances beyond its control.

10. Force Majeure
TMari’s Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events outside of its control (e.g., weather, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions).

11. Agency Fees
TMari’s Travel may charge additional fees for research, itinerary design, changes, cancellations, or after-hours service. These fees are separate from supplier costs and are non-refundable.

12. Communication & Documentation

All confirmations, invoices, and documents will be sent electronically unless requested otherwise.

Clients must review all documents promptly and notify TMari’s Travel of errors within 24 hours of receipt.

13. Liability Disclaimer
TMari’s Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts of God, acts of suppliers, or any third parties not directly under its control.

14. Client Acknowledgement
By booking with TMari’s Travel, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
